660 Marlboro Road (NH Route 101) was the former mill manager’s home. This historic building sat vacant for 18 years prior to being purchased to house a wholesale coffee roasting and shipping business.
Our initial task was to document the existing structure before embarking on the design process to re-purpose the building. The project called for filling the original stone cellar and installation of a new structural support system within the original masonry bearing walls.
We repurposed this historic, residential structure for industrial use. We updated the east façade while the remainder of the building retains it’s original character and style.
