The Center for Arts Natick

This project involved the adaptive re-use and historic restoration of the former Natick Fire Headquarters, converting the building to a new performing arts center. The program includes a 360-seat performance space, classrooms, art gallery, offices and a sculpture garden. The project involved restoring the original fire equipment doors, windows, roof, masonry and cupola including ADA accessibility, ADA Bathrooms and a new elevator. A Massachusetts Historical Commission Grant provided partial funding for the project. (NHR Listed)
